SESSION 2:  MEN LEVELS 5 & 6 (17 gymnasts)

MODIFIED TRADITIONAL FORMAT (WARM-UP / COMPETE) WITH 3-Judge Option

(Teams include: Acrosports, All Star, CGs, Empire, NHG)

SESSION 3:  MEN LEVELS JD, 7 & UP (21 gymnasts)

MODIFIED TRADITIONAL FORMAT (WARM-UP / COMPETE) WITH 3-Judge Option

(Teams include: Acrosports, All Star, Empire, LaGym)

 

                                    3:45 PM – 4:00 PM             OPEN STRETCH / BAR SETS

                                    4:00 PM – 4:10 PM             MARCH IN

                                    4:10 PM – 6:30 PM             WARM-UP / COMPETE (3 EVENT ROTATIONS)

Gymnasts will Warm-up / Compete in non-traditional format, will be out of Olympic order. The 1st set for rotations will be Floor – Pommels – Vault. When all teams are finished these rotations, the 2nd set of rotations will be Rings – P-Bars, High Bar.

Special Event Covid Regulations

 

1. Masks are required to enter the facility.  Athletes and Coaches may take off mask while in competition space.  All judges, non-coaching staff, volunteers, spectators are required to wear a mask at all times while inside facility. Please bring own mask, but if needed we will be selling them for $1. 

2. We will have hand sanitizer stations at the main entrance, at the restroom doors, and at each of the judges' tables. Encourage gymnasts and coaches to bring own hand sanitizer to use as needed.

3. Anyone with high risk health issues are encouraged NOT to attend the event.  Anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, or who has been in close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19, or has symptoms of fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, diarrhea, or any other symptoms of any illness within last 72 hours of competition is prohibited from entering the facility.  Please inform your parents, gymnasts, and coaches to check their temperature BEFORE coming to the facility. 

4. Spectators will be allowed into the facility only up to 30 minutes prior to the session. Time is required between sessions to have one session cleared out and facility disinfected before next session arrives. We will not allow anyone from next session to enter facility until 30 minutes before scheduled warm-up / stretch time.

5. The main entrance gym door will be for entrance only. The two side doors will be for exit only.  

6. Because of the Governor’s recent mandate for indoor sporting events limiting the capacity to 75, we will have to limit the number of spectators to 1 person per athlete. This will be strictly enforced. Athletes and families will check in and pay at the admissions table.  Admission at the door will be $10, cash only. If someone doesn’t have a mask then one can be purchased for $1 at the admission table. Score Tracking sheets will be sold for $1 each.

7. Each club is responsible for their team's supplies including chalk, water bottles, hand sanitizer, etc. But we will not deny any gymnast / coach from any supplies if they need. We will have a chalk bucket in the coach’s office for those who need it.

8. Due to covid rules, our hospitality room will not have all the abundant food options we have had in the past, however we will do our best to provide good food in a safe environment. We love feeding our coaches and judges!!

9. There will be a food truck outside with food and beverages to purchase.

10. ​Some of the sessions will have awards next door in the Pole Vault Gym.  The Pole Vault Gym will not be opened until AFTER ALL COMPETITORS have finished competing. NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in the Pole Vault Gym!
